They serve different needs at different price points and levels of personalization.

First Year Survival Cohort ($1,497) is a structured 8-week group program for providers in their first year of practice. You go through a set curriculum alongside 8–12 other providers at the same stage. There is a shared schedule, live sessions, real case discussions, and the benefit of learning with peers who are navigating the same things you are. It is structured and community-driven.

VIP Intensive ($1,800 half day / $2,800 full day) is a private one-day engagement built entirely around your specific situation. No curriculum, no group — just a focused block of time with Priscilla working through whatever you bring. Best for providers who have a specific decision, transition, or challenge they want to work through intensively without an ongoing commitment.

Consulting ($997–$3,800) is an ongoing engagement over 3 or 6 months with bi-weekly sessions. The agenda is built around what you're navigating each week, not a fixed curriculum. Best for providers in a sustained transition — building a practice, changing directions, negotiating a complex situation — who want consistent direct access and accountability over time.

The cohort runs for 8 weeks with a small group of 8–12 providers, all in their first year of independent psychiatric or mental health practice. Sessions are held live via video and follow a structured curriculum covering clinical confidence, documentation, risk assessment, professional limits, and sustainability in year one.

Each session includes direct teaching, case discussion, and Q&A. Between sessions you have access to session recordings, supplemental resources, and a group channel for questions.

No. All engagements with Practical Provider Group are professional education and career development services. They do not constitute clinical supervision as defined by any licensing board and cannot be used to satisfy supervision requirements for licensure or certification.

No identifiable patient information may be shared in any engagement. If you need licensure supervision, your state board's provider directory is the right starting point.

Not at this time. Practical Provider Group offerings are not currently approved for CEU credit through ANCC, AANP, or any other certifying body. This is something being explored for future offerings. If CEU eligibility is a requirement for your participation, please check back or sign up for the email list to be notified if this changes.

No. This is a firm policy across all offerings. No identifiable patient information may be shared in any format — not in sessions, not in emails, not in written inquiries, not in cohort discussions. All case discussions must be fully de-identified before being shared in any PPG context.

Yes. Payment plans are available for the cohort and consulting engagements.

First Year Survival Cohort: Available as 3 payments of $549 (total $1,647) in addition to the one-time rate of $1,497.

Focused Consulting (3 months): Available as 3 payments of $767 (total $2,301) in addition to the one-time rate of $2,200.

Extended Consulting (6 months): Available as 6 payments of $650 (total $3,900) in addition to the one-time rate of $3,800.

Group Consulting: Available as 3 payments of $349 (total $1,047) in addition to the one-time rate of $997.

Self-paced courses, workshops, and the Clinical Templates Pack are one-time purchases and are not available on payment plans.

New Grad Guide ($247 one-time): Lifetime access. Once purchased, the course is yours with no expiration.

Foundation Course ($297/year) and What's Next Course ($397/year): 12 months of access from the date of purchase, including all updates made to the course during that period. You may renew at the same annual rate to maintain access.

Clinical Templates Pack ($97 one-time): Permanent download. Once purchased, the files are yours with no expiration or platform dependency.

Self-paced courses and digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. If you have a technical issue preventing access, contact hello@practicalprovidergroup.com within 7 days of purchase.

Live workshops may be transferred to a future session if written notice is given at least 7 days before the session date. No refunds after that window.

Cohort seats may be transferred to the next available cohort if written notice is given at least 14 days before the cohort start date. No refunds after that point.

Consulting and VIP Intensive engagements are governed by the terms in your signed enrollment agreement. Full policy details are available on the Legal page.

Self-paced courses: A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a modern web browser and a stable internet connection. Courses are hosted on Teachable — no software download required. Mobile-friendly.

Live workshops and cohort sessions: A computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and access to Zoom (free to download at zoom.us). Joining from a phone is possible but not recommended for workshop sessions.

VIP Intensive and Consulting sessions: Same as above — Zoom, camera, microphone, stable connection. Session links are sent by email before each appointment.

Clinical Templates Pack: The files are delivered as downloadable documents compatible with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar. No special software required beyond a word processor.

All cohort sessions are recorded. If you miss a live session, the recording will be available in your course portal within 24 hours. You are responsible for watching the recording before the next session so that group discussions remain cohesive.

Individual cohort sessions cannot be rescheduled — the group format requires a shared schedule. If you anticipate missing more than two sessions due to work or scheduling conflicts, the self-paced Foundation Course may be a better fit than the cohort.

If a session needs to be rescheduled on our end for any reason, enrolled providers will receive at least 48 hours notice and the make-up session will be scheduled within the same week.

Practical Provider Group serves licensed and pre-licensed mental health and primary care providers who are new to psychiatric practice or navigating a career transition within it. That includes new graduate PMHNPs and NPs, primary care providers managing psychiatric patients, therapists expanding their clinical scope, and experienced providers who want to build more sustainable or intentional careers.

PPG does not serve patients. All offerings are professional education and career development — not clinical care.

Practical Provider Group is based in Texas and operates entirely online. Offerings are open to licensed providers across the United States. International providers are welcome to participate in self-paced courses and the Clinical Templates Pack. Live sessions (workshops, cohort, consulting) are scheduled in US time zones — contact us if you are outside the US and want to discuss accommodations.
