Eligibility
Our services are intended for licensed and pre-licensure healthcare professionals. By enrolling in any PPG offering, you represent that you are a healthcare professional or student in a healthcare professional program, that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Course and Program Access
Upon purchase of a self-paced course, you will receive access for the term specified at purchase (12 months unless otherwise stated). Access is granted to one individual and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Upon expiration of your access period, content will no longer be available unless you renew. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content with reasonable notice.
Live Sessions — Recording Policy
Live cohort sessions, workshops, and consulting sessions may not be recorded by participants in any format, including but not limited to screen recording, audio recording, video recording, or screenshot capture. Practical Provider Group may record sessions for its own internal quality purposes. Any recordings made available to participants are for individual streaming access only and may not be downloaded, copied, shared, or redistributed.
No Patient Information Policy
Participants may not share any identifiable patient information in any PPG session, forum, email, or communication. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program without refund. This policy exists to protect patient privacy and comply with applicable law.
Payment and Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise specified. For self-paced courses, we offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase if you have completed fewer than two modules. For live cohort programs, refunds are available up to 14 days before the cohort start date. VIP Intensives and consulting engagements are non-refundable once the first session has occurred. Payment plans require completion of all scheduled payments regardless of participation status.
Code of Conduct
Participants in all PPG offerings are expected to engage professionally and respectfully with instructors and fellow participants. PPG reserves the right to remove any participant from a program — without refund — for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, harmful, or in violation of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Practical Provider Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any clinical, professional, or financial decisions made in connection with your participation in any PPG offering. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific offering from which the claim arises.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PPG services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email.

Ownership
All course content, session recordings, workshop materials, downloadable resources, frameworks, tools, assessments, templates, written materials, and any other content created or distributed by Practical Provider Group, LLC — including content delivered under the C3 Framework™ — is the exclusive intellectual property of Practical Provider Group, LLC and Priscilla Garrett, DNP, PMHNP-BC.
Permitted Use
Upon enrollment or purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use PPG content for your own personal professional development only. This license does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, display, create derivative works from, or use any PPG content for commercial or training purposes.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:

The C3 Framework™, Practical Provider Group™, and related marks are proprietary to Practical Provider Group, LLC. Use of these marks without written permission is prohibited.
