Direct consulting is the highest-touch, most personalized offering at Practical Provider Group. It is also the highest investment. This guide helps you figure out whether it's the right fit for where you are — not whether you deserve it, but whether it's the right tool for your specific situation.
- You're navigating something specific that a course can't address — a particular career decision, a difficult clinical situation, a transition you're actively making
- You want someone to think through your situation with you, not just learn general concepts
- You're at a crossroads — staying vs. leaving, employed vs. private practice, current role vs. next move
- You have questions that feel too specific, too complex, or too sensitive for a group setting
- You've tried learning on your own and what's blocking you isn't information — it's application
- You want accountability, not just content
- You're looking for general clinical or professional education — a course is more efficient and lower cost
- You want peer community alongside education — the cohort is built for this
- You're early in practice and still building the baseline — start with the Foundation Course
- You're not ready to commit to bi-weekly sessions — a VIP Intensive gives you a focused day without the ongoing structure
- Your question is a specific legal or financial matter — consulting is education, not legal or financial advice
What Actually Happens in a Consulting Engagement
Each session is 60 minutes, bi-weekly, over 3 or 6 months. There is no pre-built curriculum. The agenda for each session is built around what's actually going on for you that week — what decisions you're facing, what cases are weighing on you, what you're trying to figure out. Priscilla reads the room and responds to it, not to a slide deck.
Within 48 hours of each session you receive a written summary of what was discussed, decisions made, and recommended next steps. At the end of the engagement you receive a written action plan with a clear picture of where you are and what comes next.
